Please understand that once you have placed an order the dispensing pharmacy has a certain procedure of processing before your order can be shipped.The pharmacy usually gets the medication delivered to you within 2 - 3 working days after your order has been placed, depending on country and location.
You will receive an email confirming the shipment with tracking number.

What about discretion / confirmation?
Envelope: The sender address will be the address of the pharmacy. This doesn't reveal anything about the content.
Billing descriptor: This will be 'Dispensing Services'.
Emails: We inform you of every stage of the ordering process:
1. "Order Confirmation", confirming your order, product(s) and price.
2. "Pending Doctor", your medical questionnaire is now ready for review by the physician.
3. "Pharmacy Printed", your prescription has been printed at the pharmacy and ready for fulfillment and dispensing.
4. "Shipped", your order has been picked up by the courier, has been alloted a tracking number and is on it's way to the address you have given.
Make sure you also check your spam filtered emails because our emails usually contain typical "spam terms", like Viagra etc. - we cannot avoid that.

How safe is the payment processing?
All webpages "HTTPS://" where you provide personal details are 128-bit encrypted. Our payment processor has a sophisticated anti-fraud system in place for your protection.
Once you have placed a request for medication your entered credit card details will be
validated by the issuing bank, on approval your card will only be authorized at this stage of the ordering process.
The actual amount will only be charged once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been allocated.

Why do I have to fill the medical questionnaire each time I place an order?
The medical questionnaire was construed by an independant licensed physician.The fact that it is made easy to provide the required details, entering your medical details each time you order is simply because your health status may have changed since your previous order.
The reviewing physician has to rely upon the information you provide, this must be actual data.
The physician cannot prescribe based on outdated information.
Do I have to pay import tax for my order?
If your order is shipped to a country that is a member state of the EU [European Union], as is the dispensing pharmacy [UK] there is no duty to be paid.If however your delivery address is outside of the EU borders import taxes may apply, please check with your local customs office.
