How long do I need to wait for delivery?
Please understand that we have to keep a certain procedure of processing your order.Firstly, we have to verify your address in order to avoid delivery failures. You can speed up this by providing a clearly correct address.
Secondly, our physician will review your medical history and particularities and decide whether to prescribe the desired medication.
Then the dispensing pharmacy has to process your order for dispatchment and the courier service has to deliver.
All this cant be done within 1 or 2 days. Hence we usually get the medication delivered to you within 3 working days, sometimes up to 5 days to more remote locations.
What about discretion?
Envelope: The sender address will be the address of the pharmacy. This doesn't reveal anything about the content.Bill descriptor: This will be 'Raintree Solutions'.
Emails: We have to send you an order confirmation allowing you to check the provided address information for validity. Sure, we also need to mention the ordered products there. If you are concerned about this, please use an email address which is not read by unauthorized persons. Make sure you also check your spam filtered emails because our emails usually contain typical "spam terms", like Viagra etc. - we cant avoid that. You may also "whitelist" our email address service(at)medservice27(dot)net
Phone calls: This will only be done if you do not respond to our emails. So, make sure you read our emails! In the rare event that we have to call you, we'll only talk to you personally, not to your AM or another member of your household.
How safe is the payment processing?
This is a sensitive issue which is much exaggerated. Fraud is a rare event on the payment processor side. Luckily we only had a handful of fraudulent credit card payments during the last 2 years.All webpages where you provide personal details are 128-bit encrypted. Our payment processor has a sophisticated anti-fraud system in place. If you check your credit card statements regularily, let's say twice monthly, you can ask your bank for clarification of any doubtful charges which may have occured. Consumer protection is fairly advanced in our days. Which means: If you claim soon enough unjustified charges, you can always do a chargeback!
In our case the bill descriptor is Raintree Solutions which will allow for the identification of any payments done by us. In case of any inconsistencies please contact us right away and before doing any chargeback.
Why do I have to fill the medical questionaire again?
Aside from the fact that we have made it really easy to provide the required details in our questionaire, it's simply because your health status may have changed in the meantime.Our physician has to rely upon the information you provide. And this must be topic. He can not prescribe based on outdated information.
